OP/HEF 2025 is a one-day conference organised by OP/TIL, a Flemish organisation that connects players across the cultural sector. The event centred around the theme "Publiek van de Toekomst", exploring how cultural organisations can stay relevant as society grows younger, older, and more diverse. The goal of the interviews was to capture artists and cultural workers reflecting on who they reach today, who they're missing, and what choices need to be made to build a more inclusive cultural landscape for tomorrow.
