Qufu Shaolin Kung Fu School is a traditional martial arts academy nestled in Shimen Mountain National Park, China, where students from all over the world train under authentic Shaolin monks and masters in disciplines ranging from Kung Fu and Wing Chun to Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and meditation. After spending 6 weeks living and training at the school, I created this promo film as a way to give back, capturing the intensity of daily training, the discipline of the masters, and the unique experience of immersing yourself in traditional Chinese martial arts culture.
