The second short film I wrote, directed and shot. Basophobia is a sequel to my first short film "Atychiphobia" and takes place 1 year later. There was also a 1 year gap in between both projects. We funded this project ourselves with help from a few sponsors.

Basophobia follows Luke, a young boxer fighting mental struggles who leaves a mental health center one year later expecting the world stood still, only to find it moved on. Forced into a changed reality, he must regain control of his fear, rebuild his identity, and navigate life beyond the ring without being defined by his fears & anxiety.
